Our professional capabilities also include the production of additional ancillary sources of fundraising, which can substantially increase revenue for a benefit. These services include:

Tribute Advertising Journal

• Assist in creating journal structure; price of journal ads, types of ads, etc.
• Prepare letter of request and follow up with elected officials’ staff to obtain letters of support.
• Follow up with all applicable donors to obtain journal ads.
• Develop design templates.
• Manage complete pagination process and provide final artwork to the printer.

Pre-Gala Reception

• Assist in identifying appropriate location, date and time for pre-gala reception.
• Identify and solicit potential corporations for sponsorship, in-kind donations and underwriting of various reception expenses.
• Obtain guest names, liaison with all reception vendors, provide on-site event management and coordinate event program.
• Create event briefing materials and talking points for the speaking program.

Live or Silent Auction

• Assist in identifying potential donors and create individualized appeal letters requesting auction donations.
• Coordinate and assist in obtaining items for the auction and recommend appropriate auction pricing.
• Develop copy for all printed materials associated with auction including teasers and auction booklet.
• Hire staff or manage volunteers if required to serve as auction “spotters.”
